Patricia Edwards

Patricia Edwards is an archaeological geophysicist and surveyor that has been working incommercial archaeology since the completion of her masters in 2010. Currently she work as aProject Manager for Wessex Archaeology in the terrestrial geophysical department. She manageslarge scale infrastructure projects providing pre-prospection of archaeological remains ahead ofcommercial development in the UK. She is also a qualified drone pilot and is responsible for carryingout photogrammetric surveys and analysis of aerial data. Outside of her commercial work she alsohas extensive experience working on numerous international research projects as an archaeologicalconsultant providing training and expertise in geophysical and aerial survey. These projects haveranged from extensive landscape surveys in Eastern Europe, detailed geophysical surveys in SouthAsia and training and capacity building in geophysical and aerial survey in North Africa.
